Friday, April 17, 2009
Chicken Barbecue 4 to 7 PM
Enjoy a delicious chicken half or a complete chicken dinner. Tickets for the chicken mus be purchased by Thursday, April 9. Each dinner is $7.00 and includes baked beans, cole slaw, dinner roll, and pie. Chicken halves are available for $4.00. For tickets, call the school office prior to April 9 at 717 935 2184. Other food will be available without advance order.
Silent Auction opens at 4 PM
Live Entertainment from 4 to 5:45 PM
Kid's Activities from 6 to 8:30 PM
Gift Certificate Auction begins at 6 PM
Special Feature Gift Certificates at 7:15 PM
Saturday, April 18, 2009
Breakfast will be served from 6:30 to 10 AM
Merchadise Auction begins at 8:30 AM
Kid's Olympics runs from 9AM to 2PM
Outdoor Auction begins at 11:30AM
Lunch will be served from 11AM to 2PM
Silent Auction ends at 12:30PM
Quilt Auction begins at 1:30PM
Reserved seats are available for $10 each. Call the school office to reserve your chair at 717 935 2184.
